At AVENO, we stand behind the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers, which is why we offer a comprehensive 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If your order arrives with any issues caused by logistics or product quality—including but not limited to lost parcels, items damaged during transit, incorrect products, or clear quality defects—AVENO takes full responsibility and will offer you a full refund or a free reshipment at no additional cost to you. In the event of a damaged or defective item, please contact our support team with your order number and clear photos of the issue within 7 days of arrival. For returns based on subjective reasons, such as changing your mind, no longer needing the item, or general dissatisfaction, we are happy to support a return to our central warehouse in China, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please note that for these subjective returns, the customer is responsible for covering all international return shipping costs and ensuring the package reaches us safely. Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, and approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within a few business days.
